This is a great opportunity if you are an Associate therapist who is:
- working independently and needs clinical supervision
- not offered clinical supervision at your current agency
- seeking clinical supervision lead by LGBTQ+ clinical supervisors
- wanting to engage with other peers who are LGBTQ+ identified
- interested in learning about LGBTQ+ clientele, treatment, and needs
Who We Enjoy Working With
- Associate therapists who hold their registry with California BBS
- Associate therapists who are motivated to learn the therapeutic process
- Associates who are professional, align with our organization's mission & values, and abide by the NASW Code of Ethics
- Associates who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or work with clients who are LGBTQ+
- Associates who are able to independently acquire their own client case load. We do not provide Associates with clients.
- Associates who are able to meet weekly online for individual and group supervision.
- Associates who are planning to become licensed soon after completing BBS clinical hours
